We are looking for reps in a number of markets including - Vancouver (central Vancouver, Vancouver West, Richmond, North Vancouver, Whistler), Mississauga, Etobicoke and Pickering/Ajax in Ontario, Ottawa, PEI, N.B, Newfoundland, and in many US markets.
Allow about 5-7 business days for delivery - often faster within Ontario and Quebec. Allow more time for out-of-province orders.

DUTIES & TAX INFORMATION
Canadian customers will have retail sales tax added to their order. USA customers can order from www.usa.suetables.com and will save on shipping.
Refund or exchange on non-personalized products with receipt, unworn, within 14 days of purchase.
Defective merchandise must be reported within 14 days of receipt at firstname.lastname@example.org or 647-346-0795 or by coming to the Toronto shop at 598 Mount Pleasant Road. See more full policy below.
Full Return policy:
Any claims for shortages, damages or defective merchandise must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods by contacting Customer Experience at 647-346-0795 or email@example.com or by coming to the Toronto Studio at 598 Mount Pleasant Road During business hours. All items marked with sale prices are FINAL SALE items. Personalized products, unless defective, cannot be returned. However, we can place personalized charms on other chains or bracelets. Each pendant is hand stamped one letter at a time so letters do NOT line up perfectly. Hand stamping is an art. The look of the piece will vary slightly from the picture shown and stamping may be uneven. This is what makes each Suetables piece special, unique and full of character. It is NOT considered a defect.
Product must be in original packaging, unused, in new/original condition for returns to be accepted.
A credit to the customer account will be issued upon receipt of the returned product only if Customer Experience approved the return prior to it being shipped back to Suetables. It can take up to 30 days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Elastic/stretch bracelets have a 60-day warrantee for full replacement with receipt (provided they are not on sale). After 60 days or no receipt and up until 12 months, we will repair or re-string (if beads are in good shape) for $20 fee. After 12 months, there is no warrantee.
Broken chains or clasps on pendants and bracelets: when possible when we repair them but there is no warrantee on them if you break it. If we can fix, there is a $5 repair fee. Keep in mind many of our products are delicate by design and should be treated as such. Do not wear jewelry in the water.
